New issue of European Journal of Migration and Law

The latest issue of the European Journal of Migration and Law - Volume 10, No. 1, 2008 is now available.  The Journal was established on the initiative of the Centre for Migration Law of the University of Nijmegen, in co-operation with the Brussels-based Migration Policy Group.

Contributors include Steve Peers who monitors and analyses important legislative developments on migration in the EU, as well as Pieter Boeles focusing on Case Reports of the European Court of Human Rights, the Human Rights Committee and the Committee against Torture.
